GOVERNANCE
As a Charitable Trust our Board ensures that the Partnership complies with charity and company law requirements.
The Board has two core functions – to set the strategic direction of the organisation and ensure financial probity.
The Board is responsible for all the schools in the Partnership. The Board delegates responsibility for delivery of the vision and strategy to the CEO.
We are committed to supporting the academies within the Partnership for the benefit of their communities and deliver effective governance through our Scheme of Delegation.
We are committed to ensuring parent, community, pupil and staff voices are heard and have put in place forums and councils to facilitate this engagement.
